Which are the days wherein I can get on-call assistance?  
We provide on-call assistance from Monday to Friday (working days) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm only. Please ensure to call only on working days and avoid calling on Saturdays and Sundays. All the calls made on Saturdays and Sundays will be reverted back on working days.
